Valentino SS25 Review

This collection is one of my favourites I have seen this year alongside a really beautiful couture show by Armani. I think what I like the most about this collection is its decadence. I feel like the whole quiet luxury trend has been shoved down our throats so hard by the industry who seem dedicated to pushing it so they don’t have to give us new ideas. 

This was opulent and decadent by showcasing the furs and exotics – it seems to be targeted to the younger Valentino customer who wants to stand out but still has the hallmarks of ladylike elegance that Valentino has always been known for. 

I am excited for this new era of Valentino if this is where the brand is headed. Opulence and decadence might be the palate cleanser we need for sameness and neutrals. Let’s get into this new Valentino, it has my attention. What did you all think?
